To initiate a refund or exchange, please return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If the returns form is unavailable, please include a note with your return that contains all necessary information.
Returns lacking this information may face processing delays. For returns from outside the UK, clearly indicate on the customs form that the parcel is a return. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with the original shipping costs deducted.
Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost. Please be aware that we do not provide a free returns policy. Returns submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or impose a £10 cleaning fee if the return conditions are not satisfied. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit; therefore, we recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage for your records.
Delivery Address
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address; however, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information at the time of ordering, especially for international shipments.We reserve the right to impose a £15 administration fee for any modifications to order details after the purchase has been completed. If an order is returned to Chin Up Apparel due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping the item. In the absence of a response, Chin Up Apparel will restock the item and issue a refund, deducting the £15 administration fee.
Please be aware that we are unable to ship to APO or Armed Forces addresses due to restrictions imposed by our courier services.
